This was a very average hotel. Things were broken, no housekeeping, no room service. Literally just a room. It's in a very okay area downtown, but there are a lot of drug issues around the area.

I didn't love the lack of housekeeping. There were things broken in our room, and no one was available to fix them. You could also hear EVERYTHING.

It was generally an average to below average stay. I've stayed at much nicer Moxy's in the past.

We always love the vibe at the Moxy properties. We enjoy the aesthetic and small comforts like coffee and water. The free drink at check in was great.

The window in the shower was strange and poured light into the room, which was unwanted in the night.

Room was uncomfortable lacking any place to put luggage aside from the floor beneath hooks and TVs that were overhead hazards when standing back up. No comfortable place to sit. Bathroom outlet wasn’t working and bathroom door would catch making a loud noise when sliding the door closed (waking everyone at night) and if you chose not to close the door completely the motion sensing bathroom light would wake the whole room.
