The elevators require a key to operate which is great for security. But they take it too far by not letting you access any other floors so if you're w/ a big group on different floors, it's a pain. Also no coffee in lobby.
Great location for downtown! Restaurant in hotel excellent too!
Great hotel with a great staff.
Spacious room, great customer service, awesome location, convenient secure parking, good restaurant
Put me in a room with no outside window. I paid to upgrade to a room with an out side window, but the air was not working. It was 78, maintenance came, coolest it got was 71. They adjusted our bill and made it right. Will be staying there again!
Roomy and clean. Good service.
Quiet stay near many attractions.
Checking in took a long time.
The location is amazing.
Due to Covid, the rooms are not cleaned. When I arrived the room was great but the trash started to build up. Otherwise, I would stay again.
It was very clean and nice. The staff were very friendly, even though we got there a half hour early to check in.
The parking garage is a bit tight getting into and out of, especially with a mid-size to large vehicle.
Close to Seven. Awesome bed and spread, slept great.
Need specific floor hotel key to get to that floor. Had to meet friends in lobby instead of meeting in their room.
The rooms were nasty, I switched rooms and they looked the same. Carpet and bathroom needs to be replaced.
That it was updated and mostly clean. The restaurant was nice. Also, the vicinity of the parking garage was convenient.
The shower door frame was dirty and the carpet was dirty. One of the receptionists was rude to my friend. She made him wait to get new key cards after he rebooked his room. That is unacceptable.
Excellent location in downtown Minneapolis. Convenient self-parking option (paid daily parking). Very nice room with fairly modern updates. Bed comfortable for me, but not for my wife. Attached restaurant & bar with barrista/bartender for coffee drinks.
Not real free internet...only 2 MB per day free is barely enough to check email. If much cheaper hotels can give me free Wi-Fi, I certainly expect it from a Radisson Blu hotel. I ended up using my iPhone T-Mobile hot-spot function to have laptop internet.
The front desk people were amazing. Even when I had to be embarrassed and ask for help for accidentally spotting on the sheets on my first night there. I even cleaned the sheets myself and took them off the bed to help. Only needed a new set of sheets.
As a woman I resent being charged and extra $50 for having the unfortunate luck of getting my period. I made sure the sheets were cleaned as much as possible and only asked for my bed to be remade, which is a service normally given when staying at a hotel
love this place
Close to Target Field for Twins games and underground parking
Window looked out to another part of hotel but not sure what it was, not a courtyard, not the lobby, not outdoors. No pool. Free parking would be helpful.
