Property has not been maintained and staff is not given proper resources to run a 4 star property. Hot water in 2 of 3 rooms did not exist. Boiler problems - no notification given and violates basic standards and most likely public health regulations.
Hotel is also overrun with drug users and panhandlers. Some sleeping in public places for long periods of time. These people have direct access to guest floors without any security in place. Completely unacceptable and dangerous for families.

We were attending for a concert. The line to check in was big- it took 30+ minutes to get to the check in part. They haad 3 people checking in but it was a slow process. We did walk by other hotels in the area that had same very long check in lines as well (maybe that's normal for big events?)

I had booked this hotel for my colleagues who were travelling on business. There feedback was that The Hotel was run down and definatley not worth the very expensive room rate . There was no hot water for a shower and when this was mentioned to Reception it was advised that it takes 10-15 mins for the water to get hot on the higher floors!
