Negatives: Sheets were stained Blanket had a broken zipper Lastly, the Toilet Seat.!!! Omg.!! I took multiple pictures & videos by the way. Old urine stains all around the rim, Chips of the toilet materiel poking out around the inner rim. Absolutely Disgusting!

Positives: Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the old bank vibes.
Negatives: People in the next room were playing music extremely loud at 11pm. We called the front desk and they had them turn it down. It was still a bit loud and able to be heard through the walls.

Positives: It is beautiful building. The room is large and spacious. I was not pleased with some aspects and will chalk it up to COVID related matters.
Negatives: There was 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper in the room. The in room coffee packets were all expired and the cream curdled. It lacked attention to detail that seemed basic.
