Gentelman working the front desk was the rudest person i have ever delt with at a hotel. the rest of the staff was awesome. i actually wanted to talk to the manager about him. not sure i will stay there again.

arrived at 4:30 and room not ready. after a half and hour told it wouldnt be ready for an hour. manager for Tru not helpful and rude. thankfully the manager for the attached Home2 was the opposite and got us into a room so we didnt miss our event
