The location valet parking is so expensive $47 US per night our car park by the hotel it should be complimentary for the guest . No coffee maker in the room I get it there was a carafe in the lobby with hot water & coffee but they were cold . Staff are not friendly. Washroom was clean but can be more cleaner if they clean the bathtub corners. Body wash was by the sink it should be put with the conditioner and shampoo.
Differently go back to this hotel .

The staff at the front were amazing!!!

I did not like that I had to pay for valet! Did not see that when booking. The first room we had felt like a jail cell! The manager was amazing and switched us rooms- The room was spacious- But VERY dirty! The heat did not work! We had to go down to the front desk to get a space heater! There was no bedding for the pull out couch. very disappointed with the cleanliness, price and not having heat!

Everything ! Very nice rooms, very great staff, lots to do inside the hotel.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that valet parking was $50 , that’s a little insane being that the location of the hotel is downtown Minneapolis where there isn’t much parking !
