Positives:
I liked how friendly the staff was and how clean the facility actually was. You get a lot of them that you see online you're like. Oh it's really clean and then you get there and it's completely the opposite.

I got over charged $117.20!!! Can’t get anybody to speak to me about my charge. The tv didn’t work, the shower handle turned so it went extremely hot you had to hold it while you tried to shower.

Booked on Booking.com and they didn't communicate properly with the hotel. Booked 2 queens and the showed it was whatever they wanted to give us. Ended up with 1 King. Not super happy about that part.

location was excellent, easy on and off. The breakfast was good. I was in the hotel for 4 days and yet when I left no recognition of who I was.
Negatives:
The bed felt like sleeping on a box spring, the tv was not working (losing color), the internet was poor and often I was unable to log on as the connection said "full". I had to use my personal hotspot, no microwave, no fridge. The pool was dirty.
