The smell.
The blinking beacon of a light. Think it was the carbon monoxide detector, but blinked every few minutes as bright as the beacon light of a light house. Thankfully when i closed my eyes i couldnt see it.
No circulation. Had baseboard heat. The thermostat was turned all the way down and room was hot and no air circulation.

It was clean and close to my family so served its purpose.

Nothing. We left and didn't stay overnight. Hard to get a hold of front desk. When checking I. Had to call multiple times from outside line. Couldn't find anyone at night for help with terrible room.

Hotel was not safe or sleepable.The facet in the sink didn't work, so I was going to use the tub facet to wash hands. Noticed tub was filling with water, and noticed a leak from the ceiling. Ceiling leak was source of smell. No front desk around to swap.

Asked for one additional pillow did not receive. Bathroom light burnt out so I had to shower in the dark. Toilet continued to run so I had to fix the toilet 6 times and asked for it to be repaired on our 3 night stay and they didnt even look at it.
