The staff was very nice! Also it was a nice hotel and open pool area for the kids. Breakfast options were excellent!
Negatives:
Cleanliness issues. We pulled out the pull out couch and it was so gross. I don't think it had been changed. There was food, bottle caps, stains and hair all over it! Also, our tub drain was broke. During showers it filled up and wouldn't go down.
