The hot tub could of been better there up keep on it wasnt the best and the ladder in the pool was hanging side ways with caution tape also for some reason they tried to charge my card 2 times the next day for a cheaper rate then what I paid

Very accommodating with handicapped shower. Front desk lady when we checked in was extremely helpful and cheery.

The staff are very helpful, professional, and kind. Also, the property is well maintained, and the Sunday brunch is impressive.

Parking, but to be fair, there was a cosplay event happening all weekend.
