Positives: The room itself was very clean, housekeeping was friendly
Negatives: The front desk staff was horrible, acted like I was a major inconvenience, outside was dirty. I asked for a ground floor room when I made the reservation, they put us on the 3rd floor as far away from the elevator as possible. You could feel the springs poking you in the mattress

Negatives: Hair dryer and refrigerator did not work. It had rust on desk lamp by switch area. The guy at reception was not friendly. He most did not talk just point finger. I was so angry. He does not know service management.

Positives: Room was clean and comfortable. I like that the building seemed to be built well enough that it was quiet in my room despite being a busy happening hotel.

Negatives: I still haven't gotten my $50 deposit back. You were able to charge me ASAP, but I left Sunday and expected you would return my deposit by Monday at the latest.

Positives: nothing because I booked it by mistake and then email right away that I pushed the wrong button even the airlines are give you 24 hours to change your flight with no charge. I’ll never ever stay at red roof again
