Check in was pleasing and the staff friendly and helpful ul
Negatives:
A tenant made threats and calling names and would not stop - called PD and could not be removed as private property - wisely the office staff would not confront - so checked out less than 1-2 hrs of checking in - sad - I am it familiar with the area - it was just close to a house I was vacating as no beds prior to leaving the next day after finishing general janitorial on my lease end rental - the beds slope down at the headboard as only two pillows per bed and none extra in the valet area of the room - and no additional blanket if cold - the room was adequate and I thought I had rented a junior sweet yet I may have that confused with the Hilton - what attracted me was my service animal

Positives:
They don't charge pet fee. It is okay as a last minute option. The room was a decent size, just not very clean.
Negatives:
Not great to go with family or kids as it is very loud. There were people playing loud music or having loud disagreements very late at night.

The location is convenient. The price is reasonable.
Negatives:
The housekeeping leaves something for improvement. I was unable to use the shower because the drain plug was pulled out and showed some disgusting brown stuff. How can anyone leave a situation like that for a guest? If you want pictures, I have them on my phone. Also, there was another spot in the tub with the same brown stuff. The microwave oven looked a bit suspect as it an "E-34" message appears. I don't know just what all of that is about. What it comes down to is that I didn't use that appliance at all. Finally, while I assume the bed pillows are "clean", they do look a bit sketchy. Time for a replacement? In addition, the one and only

Negatives:
The front desk staff was horrible, acted like I was a major inconvenience, outside was dirty. I asked for a ground floor room when I made the reservation, they put us on the 3rd floor as far away from the elevator as possible. You could feel the springs poking you in the mattress
