No check in till after 4:00 Which if your going to the area for something that starts earlier this is a problem. No coffee in lobby, only received 2 towels no hand towel or wash cloths no hand soap

Everything was fine as to be expected until I went to make coffee in the coffe pot. There was an old moldy filter pod left in the maker.

They were out of supplies no wash cloths, laundry soap, the furniture was very old and worn, no towels in the kitchen area.

Heater didn't work they put a small handheld unit in the room and that was supposed to heat the whole room..... Gross with dust and very dirty I had to clean myself oh and did I mention this was all over the walls years and years of spider webs!!!!!

The location was convenient: walking distance of a few grocery stores. I liked being able to travel with my pet.

Cleaning services didn't always come, my card key stopped working all the time, it often smelled like smoke throughout the hotel (from cigarettes)

It worked well for a place to stay during my internship with a pet
Positives:
The furniture was battered and room had stains. There was no ice machine except the one in the refrigerator that was not working. I checked in an hour early because I had a 4:00 meeting and was told I had to pay $25.00 for an early check in. I just got the charge on my credit card and instead of the $124.90 that was noted on my reservation, the credit card showed a $229.00 charge. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.

Very disappointing.
Positives:
The kitchenette in the room was a nice feature, though we didn't utilize it, and the bed was pretty comfy. Convenient location- close to the freeway and interstate.
Negatives:
This hotel is a bit overpriced.. There was no soap in the bathroom (in the shower or on the sink), one or more of the towels were not clean and had someone else's hair on them, the tub drain barely worked while using the shower, so you were basically taking a bath by the end of the shower, and the chair at the countertop in the room was old and the faux leather had peeled off quite a bit. It smelled really bad in the hallways, specifically on floor 2 (like animal feces, cigarettes and marijuana). This is not a huge deal, but our key cards had old food (some sort of sauce) all over one of them which was kind of gross. Didn't feel super safe at the hotel, but didn't have any issues in that regard. Definitely not worth $120.
