The staff at the front desk was the rudest to me and my fiance we asked for him to show us a rule they apparently had but would not show us and the denied us when we asked to speak to the manager and for his number. He then tries to call the cops on us for trespassing. And banned us from here. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never stay here and I suggest the same to everybody else…

The man who checked me in and the woman on the phone were friendly.

Dirty. Our room had hair and stains all over. I hesitate to even say stains because a simple wipe down would clean them off. The elevator hadn’t been swept so I didn’t have high hopes going into the room. The floor, bathroom surfaces, and even the toilet paper roll were full of hair.
In the morning the desk was closed so I couldn’t ask for a late check out for my son while I was at an appointment. Fortunately, had a break and was able to call, she agreed, but cleaning staff told him he needed to go anyway. They clearly have a lot to do so maybe it’ll get better.
It says breakfast included but all that was offered was a basket with muffins, fruit cocktail, oj, and water. There was a coffee area with unmarked urns and no one attending. On my way out, I realized one of the women sitting on the couch playing with the dogs was an employee so she told me what coffee was what and I remade my coffee.

I got spider bites and my left wrist was so swollen the next day. Also there was fire in a room and everyone was evacuated and 4 or 5 fire trucks came. And no TV remote.

This room had a kitchenette that was pretty beat up. I didn't need it but had to get a room at the last minute and only thing left.

The room was supposed to be handicap accessible, I paid extra for a handicap room. The room was on the 3rd floor, and to shower I had to crawl in and out of the tub. When I did turn on the shower the hose connecting the shower head sprang a major leak, longer than one inch. Durning the middle of night the head board came off the wall and fell on my head.

Staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to check in, in a timely manner. When I tried calling before my stay I had to call at least a dozen times to reach someone. Room was run down, outdated and dirty. We wouldn't even shower in the room. Breakfast is "Included", hope you're not too hungry. One per person frozen breakfast sandwich is what you are given. Juice machine was out of order. I feel I was way overcharged for staying in a place like this. Did not feel safe. Paper thin walls. Pretty much the biggest disappointment in a hotel I've ever had. Was embarassed I booked this room when I showed up and my guest saw the room. I will steer clear of Days Inn from now on.
