Carpet was filthy, door didn't close and latch, HUGE urine stains on both comforters, draft from window, dresser drawers opened by selves from just walking across the floor, arcade machines broken, man sitting outside on a bench by the entrance, drinking beer and smoking at 9 am., reservation request for handicap room not given, and price increase.

Trouble at checkin with room availability. New ownership-new rules implemented, making checkin more difficult. Front desk person unfriendly. Room had several maintenance issues. Drawers opened by vibrations, bathtub drain sluggish and stopper broken. No shampoo but multiple lootion and conditioner.
