The underground parking and the location. That is all that was ok with the visit. They do have a shuttle however it was not available at the time I needed.
Negatives:
The WiFi did not work. The toilet was clogged and we did not get someone in to fix prior to me leaving for surgery. Our surgery was too early for the shuttle. The breakfast was pulled down prior to the 11am stop. By 5-10 mins early. The pool was closed. The elevator was being repaired at departure and delayed us leaving.

It was what we needed...
Positives:
Our room was a great size for our family, even had a sleeper sofa which I wasn't aware of so no one had to sleep on an air mattress. In previous hotels no one came in for turn down, so again we weren't expecting it and it was nice! Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly.
Negatives:
The only disappointment during our stay was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We don't stay in hotels often, so when we do we make sure there is a pool for our kids to enjoy. Sadly, we weren't able to this time.

The trip was a medical one, to Mayo - StMary's. This hotel is perfectly located nearby, and has a shuttle that connects nicely to all parts of Mayo.
Negatives:
Some breakfast hot items were not high quality, but there were plenty of options available.
