We were not impressed with the beds ,I think the mattress need to be replaced. It would have been nice to be reminded that we needed to ask for clean towels and to get the trash taken out.

Great amenities! Our room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Negatives:
1 roll of toilet paper. My sister became very ill so we had to extend our stay. Housekeeping didn't get the message apparently and kept entering the room and leaving but didn't take dirty towels or leave clean towels. Our key cards didn't work and I had to go to desk 3 times to have it recoded. The desk clerk ended up coming to my room with me and using a fob. It didn't work either for a minute but it finally did. No hot breakfast during our stay.

There are no weekly rates for long term stays. I travel the country for work and stay months at a time so choosing a hotel is always important to me.
When I arrived the front desk guy (older) was rude. Seemed as though my business was an inconvenience for him and his time. He had no help to offer, just sarcasm and harassment.

The room was very clean & a really comfortable size, had a fridge & microwave, the bed was comfortable.
The location was very close to restaurants & shopping.
The hotel has shuttle service to & from Mayo Clinic.
Negatives:
The signage on the outside of the building doesn’t do it justice. It’s an old paint color scheme and only says Sleep Inn, way on the top. Google Maps was telling me to turn into the hotel parking lot and I wasn’t sure if it was correct. On the outside, it looks more like an old, run down hotel. When you walk through the front doors, you’re very pleasantly surprised that it is very clean and updated!

This was our second stay. We had such a good experience the first time. It was no longer clean from the foyer up. Maintenance outside, foyer, corridors, stairwells, restrooms, all in need of cleaning. Staff were untidy looking.
Negatives:
Property is not being maintained well. No hot breakfast, even on weekdays, even including the waffle batter not being refilled, even upon inquiry with reception staff. Water cooler bottle not replaced. Very disappointed.

The kids had fun in the small pool.
Negatives:
The front desk staff were rude. We could not get an extra blanket and there were unsupervised kids in the room above us bouncing a basketball until 1:30am. Room smelled bad curtains and linens were dirty.
