Negatives: We booked there because of the hot tub and the hot tub was out of order while we were there, plus the hours were short. We could have gone closer to a destination for the next day but chose to stay there because of the hot tub.

Negatives: Messaged by hotel, the day of, that the pool and spa was not available. No refund available on this purchase per the offer. Might have booked another hotel with pool.

Negatives: Well we booked because it had a pool but when we arrived we were unable to use it The staff said it was broken but other guests said it was simply out of order because the staff doesn't like to clean it. Looking in the pool window it was very apparent that it was in working condition so Im going to take guests word that the staff is just lazy. The room was very small nothing like the pictures show, the bathroom made you claustrophobic, the light switch to the bathroom was on the outside of the bathroom, there were a few towels that were hanging that were visibly dirty, the whole hotel had a weird smell to it, the AC didn't work very well, the fridge barely kept things cool, we found a lighter under the bed, so it wasn't cleaned very well if at all, we all slept on top of the bed not in it due to the cleanliness of what we could see, the staff told me due to the fact of me booking my stay through booking.com we were unable to get a refund so we could stay somewhere else. We ended up checking out at 6 pm Saturday night. So we didn't even get our money's worth. It is rated a 4 star but it shouldn't even be rated a 1 star cause it's definitely not worth 252$ for 2 Nights the room itself should not cost more then 50 to 80 dollars a night. And the fact that the pool is unavailable for guests should be on the website yet even today it does not indicate that the pool is unavailable. Very poor experience.
