Staff was pleasant, supportive, and helpful Location was good for the show we came to see and there was a grocery store across the lot Wheelchair accommodations were good
Negatives:
Our room had noticeable issues with dirty dishes in cabinets, missing silverware I was expecting an oven in the kitchen, but unknown if advertised as such We booked way ahead of time with clear room expectations, and our room didnt accommodate our needs as expected We were also placed directly next to a very noisy gentleman who spent most of our 2nd of 3 day visit being moved out by law enforcement We felt unsafe and ended our visit a day early

The staff. Especially the kindness of the manager who checked us in. We felt cared for and cared about!
Negatives:
The pool is smaller than expected and they put breakfast away at 9:45 instead of 10 on Monday so I didn't make it in time to eat.

My room was VERY clean and had amenities as described. Staff was VERY helpful and courteous with any questions I had or assistance I needed.
Negatives:
Since I was traveling solo, I relied on the info on the hotel's website. It stated there was a light dinner on Thursday, but it had happened on Wednesday! The other disappointment was again the website stated airport shuttle, but there was none.
