The location as good, the staff was knowledgeable, but questionable.

The room was dirty, the floors, sheets, baseboards, sink. The bathroom had holes in the tub, holes where the dispensers had been taken off the wall, the foam around the ac unit was coming off. You could see the outside around the door frame to the entrance. The hot tub had no water in it. The vending machine had expired products.

There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, no hot water for a shower on the morning and the mini fridge every time it kicked in was very loud.

The manager at the front desk - we was fantastic! Nice, personable, helpful.

I chose it because it had a pool. After driving 10 hours, I really wanted time in the water. Big sign said adults only from 9-11pm. There were two local 15 year old girls splashing, squealing, and making videos on their phone, well past nine; I left.

Positives:
First of all, the men at chicken changed me from second floor to the first floor without even asking and from a queen bed to King. Swimming pools, warm and a great warm sauna. Remote control heating system. Just about everything was very fine.

About the only thing I can think of is the room didn’t have a TV channel listing.
