Great experience! Pet friendly!! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The cook was so friendly and funny and breakfast options were great and easy! The pool was cleaned almost every day. Overall great experience and family friendly. We will be back!!

MY only thing would be the tub drained a little slow and its a little older and banged up, an update to the bathroom would be a great addition and improvement.

The mattresses are absolutely horrible. The second room was freezing even with the heat set on 75 degrees. And there was left over hair in the shower and ants in the bathroom.

To be honest the only nice thing about the hotel was the older gentlemen that ran the continental breakfast. He was very kind to all the guest.

I would NEVER stay in this hotel again. Some of the reasons being: Electrical holes in the wall with no covers. ( 3 of them in our room alone) One towel had a blood stain on it and the others were dirty. Dirt was in the bottom of the bath tub. Floors were dirty. Not cleaned in a very long time. Bedroom, which we had a king's suite smelled dirty. Spiders and bugs that were dead on floors and window seals. The bed was hard as a rock. Walls are paper thin. We could here our neighbor snoring all night long. Children running up and down the halls. There is an attached bar and your could hear people yelling at each other very loud and not using appropriate words. Which the bar is on ground floor and we were on the second floor. Cleaning service never cleaned our room for our stay or replaced any towels or bedding. In the coffee pot maker was the old coffee grounds of the previous guest. (Mold was in this!!) Continental breakfast was located right in the swim area. Could not enjoy my breakfast with families and children yelling and splashing in the water. Please chairs and tables were all wet. These are just a few of the problems that we encountered. Lobby and hallways were very dirty. Elevators were not clean. Food products that were on the elevator floor stayed there all weekend. (Do they even have a cleaning service??) (We asked for a different room and were told there were none available, so then we asked for our money back to go and stay else where and they declined our offer.) Very poor service!
