Clean and the staff was welcoming. Free WiFi, breakfast was nice offering. The hotel was in a perfect location for the reason of our trip.
Negatives:
The pool was ice cold and the pillows needed updating. The beds worked for the night but I don’t think I could have slept there for many nights in a row.

The female staff member that worked in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful.
Negatives:
First impression, was the back parking lot had 4 or 5 junk vehicles that either had flat tires or jacked up vehicles that needed tires to be fixed. The room we stayed in, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, not even plugged in. Looks like someone stripped the wires so they could possibly smoke in the room. There was a light bulb out in the bathroom. The room we were in, when you opened the blinds it looked over the pool roof, which wasn't bad, but in between the building and the pool was an old rundown shed that had plywood for a roof that had holes in it. I was very disappointed with our stay and will not in the future stay at a comfort inn and suites. Was going to let our son swim in the pool for a bit, but this are didn't look like it was very well kept. Whirlpool was closed/out of order and the area around pool just did not look like a very inviting place. Would be better to just get rid of the area then advertise that it has a pool.
