Positives:
Everything else including, cleanliness, view, and all the staff was great, the room was amazing, breakfast was good, the later start time and later end time for breakfast was helpful. Late check outs are a plus (noon). I would definitely go back, kids had a blast.
Negatives:
The bathtub was quite slippery, my youngest son slipped and fell, we laughed it off, and I ended up putting a towel in the shower as a substitute for a bath mat. Pool hours were a little confusing at first, hot tub timing and slide timing for shut off was a little unexpected, cause it closed early. Breakfast was fufilling, but not refilled quite fast enough.

Nice location friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives:
The room wasn’t restocked with towels or Kleenex. There was only one towel and no wash cloths to take a shower with. Phone did not work and the refrigerator was turned off. Staff did not inform me about the incidental charges and said that if there was no damage that fee would be returned and it has not been thus far. So I did not get the rate I booked the room for.

I call this my happy place. I go to the hot tub and pamper myself during my stay. The staff always treats me wonderfully. They are always friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and perfect for me. The pool facilities were great as always. Their breakfast is always a treat!

This place is great, searching hard for a negative....the television remote didn't work very well. LOL but everything was wonderful!
