Negatives:
First night had noisy neighbors, booming rap music all night & throughout the morning, so poor sleep quality. However, I spoke with the lady at the front desk the next AM, who was SO nice & helpful, she offered to move THEM to a different room, instead of inconveniencing us, which was a class act & most appreciated, so our second night was great, thanks to her! :)
