Positives:
The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast choices were more than expected and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub were closed for equipment problems...I was not offered a discount for this. The television was only local, and mostly shopping networks...awful! I expect a full range of cable/premium network options at hotels.

The breakfast was great. Lot's of choices to pick from. The staff was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay while we visited family in Windom.

The only things we did not like were... The lights by our bed did not work and the usb port by our beds did not work either. was still able to plug my hearing aid charger in so I could charge my hearing aids.

The hot tub did not work. The pool was freezing, and the bathtub faucet was extremely hard to turn in room 103. Both coffee flavorings were out during my stay after telling someone about it.

The rooms were clean and cool when we first walked in! It was a late check-in and cool was what we needed…
Negatives:
The beds were hard…I know they can’t get beds that match everyone’s needs but my husband’s back hurt after the second night because of the hard bed. We also were not impressed with the breakfast! When I got down there, the eggs were Warm but not hot…the breakfast meat was cold and the waffle maker didn’t work!! I also want to point out that every time we came and left during our stay…there was Never anyone at the front desk! And we had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up so we could check out!
