Positives: I was going to write a wonderful review but, they WON'T let me come there anymore. Is it because I'm white??? I get there today, try to check in at 3, they inform me that I am NOT welcome there ever again. Just because I wrote 2 TRUTHFUL reviews. I'm thinking it's because I'm white. Told me to call booking.com for my money. Could of messaged me last night when I reserved the room, but waited until checking time. Pretty messed up if you ask me. Then I have no more money, still waiting on my money. So once again, In a car. Thanks a lot 10020 Hudson Rd Extended Stay. Won't have to worry about me staying there ever again. You made sure of that. Over 2 TRUTHFUL reviews. Or is it because I'm white??

Positives: I couldn't even check in. Between booking com and the hotel, they. Couldn't figure it out and so my babies and I who are homeless had to sleep in the car instead of in a warm hotel room. And believe it or not, booking.com has the nerve to tell me that I won't get my refund from 10-14 days later. Really!!! So DON'T USE BOOKING.COM. Or the extended stay, they had me waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours, still couldn't or WOULDN'T check me in. So I left In the nasty, wet, slippery, snow!!! They said it was booking.com's fault. I DON'T CARE WHO FAULT IT WAS, I JUST KNOW IT WASN'T MY FAULT!!
