For $400 a night my room was terrible. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Refrigerator froze everything in it. I shouldn’t have to call everyday for towels and to have my trash removed. Had to call for toilet paper, Kleenex,shampoo etc. I’ll never stay there again. Rooms sucked

It was dated, the rooms weren’t cleaned very well. We found an old French fry on the floor under the desk. We paid for a two night stay in a king deluxe and the first night they had to put us in a double because they were sold out and their policy was reservations held a room not a specific type of room and that they don’t recommend using 3rd party for reservations. When we reached out to Booking.com about it they said that was false. Double room didn’t have any coffee for the coffee maker. The soda machine on the 12th floor wouldn’t dispense items purchased. When the front desk was contacted they said it was managed by someone else and to call the number on the machine. There was no number to call. All in all this was a weekend getaway for my wife and I and everything else about our trip except for Harrah’s Gulf Coast was great. As a Caesar property they need to do better.

no microwaves available in the rooms but I could rent one for $10 a day is what I was told by the front desk. For almost $300 a night it should have been free
