The room was ok. It could have been cleaner but it wasn't bad.
Negatives:
I booked through booking.com. My total to be paid at the property was $111. That included tax and resort fee for 1 night.
Harrah's made 3 charges to my credit card and none of the charges are for $111. They charged me a total of $166. I didn't charge anything to my room. My total for the stay was supposed to be $111.
I tried to correct the problem with the property but got the run-around, and then placed me on hold until I gave up. I have disputed these charges with AMEX.

great stay lost my money...
Positives:
My room was comfy and clean. We spent a lot of time at the pool. We really didn't have to leave for anything because food and entertainment was there.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that while we were at the pool the waitress did not ask us if we wanted anything. She stayed on one side and walk by and we had to hail her. Didn't like her customer service. Service everyone not just the reserved etc. The towels ran out at the pool and weren't replenished.

The room was very small. I know we got the "special" but the room was only large enough for the bed. We couldn't open the refrigerator door because there wasn't enough room. On our last day, we woke up to the power being off with no forewarning or apologies for the inconvenience. We were told management knew but did not forward this info to the guests. This was my first stay in your hotel- and it was not a good experience
