The hotel was not clean at all....had a bad smell..I purchased a smoking room..ashes was already on floor by the bed and by the toilet in the bathroom. It was not worth the money at all. I just stayed on to have somewhere to sleep.

The front desk staff was very ghetto & unprofessional. Once I entered my room 111, the light fixture in the bathroom was sitting on the back of the toilet broken, Maintence had to come and repair it. I don’t understand how the room was approved vacant ready but light fixtures were broken and needed to be repaired while we was in the room , no COVID regulations. The bed rails in room 111 is fit for a king size bed but there is a Queen box spring and mattress on top of the king size bed rail, the housekeeper or who ever decided to cover up the access rails with a bed skirt . I hit my leg on the rail because it’s unnoticeable with the bed skirt covering it up once I pulled it back I noticed that it was a much bigger rail then it’s supposed to be, I didn’t get a good night rest because of the bugs in the bed.My experience made me check out at 6 am I’m the next morning. I couldn’t wait to get out of there
