Positives: It should be a hot breakfast.

Negatives: When arriving at the book and Inn I saw that I was placed on the 3rd floor and I asked to be placed on the 1st And they gave me some run down about they wasn't informed about me being on the 1st I didn't receive my extra pillows and blanket It also was a dirty cup in my room The Duvon the base was dirty. I didn't have enough towels and soap.

Positives: They were able to accommodate a error on the booking sites dates for checking in. It was clean, thankfully because it was old and outdated. Making it ugly and not compatible with the rate.

Negatives: One CSR was nice,the other was stand offish. The building is in a MAJOR NEED OF REMODELING AND UPGRADE. It's outdated and old. Everything.
