Easy to book a reservation while still driving to the destination. Check-in was easy and smooth. Checkout was even easier than check in. Beds were comfortable. Accessibility to I-20 was convenient.
Negatives:
There was no hot water at midnight when I checked in and tried to shower. The following morning at 7AM there was also no hot water. Not sure if the hot water was broken in my room or if other guests had used it all up. Either way, room #114 should be checked or you all may need to consider larger hot water capacity.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location

They only had 2 cleaning crew show up for work so our room wasn’t cleaned until 6 pm, a lot of angry customers. We got the executive king room. The air didn’t work, the couch was stained so bad we asked for a sheet to cover it. The mattress was completely worn out. Ms Rhonda at the front desk and the location were the only things good about this hotel

staff were welcoming and friendly, They helped us with our problematic door.
Negatives:
our room door lock was not working and we kept getting locked out of our own room. Maintenance was called several times to fix it and it would work one time but go back to not working. we got tired of being locked out with our dog being locked inside for hours. we finally left early instead of staying the whole 2 nights.
