2 tvs separate room and 11 am check out was great
Could’ve been a little more cleaner
Was a good place for...
extremely comfy bed
building is showing it’s age
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Wi-fi reception was not good. However, I was all the way at the end of the building and location may have been a factor.
I came, I slept, I...
nothing at all
This hotel was beyond disgusting. it was filthy and it stunk so bad that I got a migraine from the smell. When we walked into our room, we saw that the bathtub was full of brown disgusting water. We left immediately and stayed somewhere else.
This hotel should be condemned.
Very friendly staff and the location to the amphitheater was convenient.
It wasn't as clean as I hoped and the toilet seat wasn't attached.
A few minor inconveniences but...
close to the venue.
The room looked to be in the middle of being remodeled. mirror was on the floor. found the hotel phone in the bed side nightstand. there were several areas of missing paint with primer on the walls. no TV remote. there was a dirty towel in the dresser. there were no trash cans in the room. there was a very strong perfume smell throughout the hole place.
The place was not what...
it was dirty, the room was so hot, the door didn’t seam safe, I could see people walking past from under the door, the lady who checked me in was clearly on drugs. I wouldn’t leave my dog alone in that room. it was horrible. I stopped only to sleep and I didn’t sleep very well.
horrible hotel. loud and rude...
The room was very dirty with Sheetrock dust everywhere. Parts of the walls had not been painted or finished. The room was dirty and had bugs so we slept in our clothes on top of the covers. It was not a restful stay at all.
The coffee was ok when it was made. On the morning we were leaving we needed to get an early start. At 5:45 I asked the staff if she was going to make coffee, she said she would be making it at 6:15 so we didn’t wait which was very rude
Would not stay again
There was no breakfast nor coffee in the room. So there was nothing I liked!!!
When I arrived I told them I had heard bad things about the hotel but was there to give them a chance to quiet the critics. Give me their best room. A quiet room. It was room 102 at the end of the hall by the door and that end of the hotel is falling off due to unstable ground so the room was tilted. I started itching after I got in bed and wondered if there were bedbugs. I still have a few spots on me that look like flea bites. Left my specialized charger cords in the room under a pillow on the bed and have been in contact with them to have my daughter, who lives around the corner, to pick them up. Nothing… There is no way that they did not find them. I gave them my cell phone number to call me so she could go around the corner and pick them up. I was there for the graduation of my middle grandchild and so many family were coming that we all had to stay in a hotel. I stayed in the Red Roof because it was closest to the house. I have stayed in a Red Roof hotels before and had good stays, but this one was dismal. Whoever kept the charger cords can only use one of them if they pull the attachment off of it and the other one they cannot use at all because it’s magnetic and has a special attachment for my phone. I guess in this case the critics were correct… They appear to be refurbishing the hotel, but I believe I would’ve given a person asking for the best room a different one and would be sure to get the charger cords back to them.
I was extremely disappointed and...
smelly, old structure
Coffee in lobby was good.
We had no coffee in our room. When I asked for coffee pods for machine in my room, I was told they had none. It's on back order. And there were no hangers to hang my dress clothes. I didn't even go back and ask. Our door was broke. I had to lift on the door so wife could turn the dead bolt knob.
Beds comfy. We had a...
