The Bathtub was nasty. They claimed they didn't have time to resurface the tub because they were at capacity. Why rent 2 rooms with bathtubs issues? We couldn't bath!

Although I had my booking confirmation when I arrived they said I didnt have a reservation & no room. No rooms available!!! Then she gave me a suite. Other co-workers who paid with points had their reservations cancelled in Lew of paying customers, some didnt get a room!!!

The room was filled with roaches. There was a large dip in the bathroom (uneven floors). Door handle broke off and hit my foot. Shower did not get hot.
