Negatives: When we arrived, we were told they did not have reservations for us. Pulled up the confirmation number and the staff informed u that they do not book through 3rd party sights and the whole hotel was booked and they could not accommodate us. If they do not honor Booking.com reservations, then they should not even be on the "Booking.com" website.

Negatives: The motel never received the "reservation" packet from Booking.com. This required me to pay, again, for the room. I now have to get with Booking.com for a full refund. This is unfortunate, in that I spent days prior working with Booking.com for the room ... which did not happen.

Positives: This property sold my room to someone else as I had a confirmation through booking.com and when arrived for my room I was told they were sold out and even tho I had my confirmation from the website they still advised no vacancy

Positives: Absolutely nothing!!!
Negatives: They cancelled the reservation stating they weren't accepting 3rd party reservations even if the reservation was made weeks in advance. Assuming that no one knows how 3rd party reservations work and that they are fully capable of turning off 3rd party reservations beforehand. They simply overbooked and started cancelling reservations. And they didn't even try to assist with finding other possible accommodations. Leaving potential guests without a place to stay no matter how far they've traveled.
