No remote for the TV, was given one after I asked at front desk that didn’t work. Toilet bowl was cracked and stained. Little things like hot tea selection, hot water at coffee station not hot and not keeping up at peak breakfast time. Staff didn’t seem to care. We have stayed at Hamptons for years and this one was by far our worst experience

The property now charges you a $50 charge when you check in that wasn’t announced on anything. Then they don’t take Cash and when they called to verify we were coming still no word about additional $50 fee. Every Drink Machine was out of stock. So over all it was the worst stay ever. We have stayed here every year we come down but not again.
