Staff was rude and unhelpful. Place was run down. Linens were dirty, No flip latch on the door to secure the room. furniture was worn and dirty, fridge had rust along the bottom, toilet wobbled when you sat on it. Random hair ball on the floor. gross!

Room wasn't clean. Light in bathroom was as bright as a nightlight. Tub dirty toilet loose on floor. Place was weedy. Cable TV was iffy. With COVID I expected a clean room. Thanks to Lysol.

The smoking room didnt have an ash tray, so I used a plastic cup. It didnt have WiFi, which sucks because I needed it for work. And the location of the hotel is on this really steep incline. If your transmission sucks, you cant get up there

The customer service was horrible. The lady who was there 6/21/20 appx 930pm had a horrible attitude. She did not greet me or my husband. She snatched my license out of my hand. And then raised her voice at me about a request I supposedly nade about noise (im guessing booking.com may of had autofill) but when i tried to assure her i did not write any requests and i just needed a rm.. It seemed to make her angrier. She was NOT a great candidate for customer service position.
