From may 8-12 I stayed it was great. When back May 29 and get to the property, was told that it is an additional 250 deposit due to the updates that is happening. I advised to the clerk, that I didn’t have to do that at the beginning of the month. Clerk advised this been up since the beginning of the year. Which is a lie. So we left and came to the holiday inn. I stay at the best western every time I have visited Mississippi. After the rude night staff, I will never stay again. They need to let people know before booking it is an additional deposit I wouldn’t have booked this property.

The stay was okay but the noise was bad. They were working on the roof at 6:00 in the morning all day. It was very uncomfortable we couldn’t get any sleep. I wouldn’t recommend goin for the next couple weeks.

Understaffed front desk for check in as an employee called in but a replacement would have been helpful with only one person checking everyone in and our room wasn't ready for 45 minutes after checking in at 3pm.

Mold in the shower, rusting shower bar in shower, spots all over the carpet, holes in the curtains and walls and most importantly AC was not working. The kid maning the front desk charged me for parking when, the manager told him not too and didn't send my receipt to my email like to told me he would. Didn't know I was charged for parking until I received my credit card bill.
