It was easy to find and a welcoming lobby. The staff took good care of us. The room was comfortable and quiet and well stocked with all we needed. The check in and check out process was smooth.

I love that we where greeted so nicely by Hptel employee when arriving . We enjoyed the breakfast . Online said pool and hot tub but theres just a pool . It was decorated beautifully all inside . There was a good spread of things in the store .
Negatives:
The bed skirt had big white stains , the bed was suppose to be queens but seemed smaller , there where no garbage bags in the garbage cans , no extra blankets or pillows for the pull out couch either .

The beds were a little too firm and the pool closes earlier than expected.

Hotel was and staff was very welcoming and beautifully decorated for fall!! Breakfast was good and several options to choose from.

There is a pet fee and it should be clearly noted on your site without having to click several times to find out. I WAS SURPRISED BY THIS NON REFUNDABLE CHARGE.
