Less traffic for what we needed to do..
Traffic wise in was good..
Check in was easy and there was loads of parking available. The room was large and had a fridge.
Sticky substance on one of the end tables, faucet wasnÃ‚'t tightened down to the counter and moved all over when trying to use it. The toilet was also not fastened down, cockroach crawling along the inside of the sheets, no breakfast as advertised.
I thought that I was getting a good deal but after getting to the room, the deal was not worth it!
The hotel had mold and mildew everywhere! I brought Lysol from home and had to use it to clean/disinfect everything. The hair dryer even had mold/mildew on it. The bathtub had someone elseÃ‚'s hair left in it so I had to clean it before I could shower.
The room was clean. And you had what you needed.staff was helpful.
Front desk closed early, they need more workers at front desk but it was fine.price was up there.
The covid-19 situation and rules made things bad such as no maid service. The free breakfast turned out to be two cupcakes and two candy bars not my idea of a good breakfast. You pretty much had to keep the room clean on your own

The plumbing fixtures were loose, the air conditioning would not adjust temperature and the general condition of the hotel was just poor.
The bed slept well and it was clean. However, there were NO shades on two of the lamps, we had to get maintance to come and repair the toilet. Water was pouring out from behind and underneath the toilet. The floors were sandy feeling.

Staff was friendly
Room was not clean other than the sheets. Towels were small and barely covered a toddler much less an adult! The bedside tables had what looked like rings from a milkshake cup. Old hair/debris in hairdryer. Floors warped and slick. Mildew/mold in bathroom
Staff willingness to help
The chair that was stained all over, the exposed wires, the missing bulbs in lamps, the cigarette burn holes in the bedding of a non smoking room, the roaches in the bathroom...
