Positives:
The hotel was located in a good location. It was close to the interstate but without the noise of traffic.
Negatives:
The bathroom had pealing paint, the door to the hallway was misaligned and allowed light into the room. The gap between the door and the door frame on the latch side of the door was a quarter inch separated from the frame. The closet door was off too.

Positives:
Had to request the room be re-cleaned. Hairs on pillow and in bathroom. Some mold came out of tub spout. The sign for the supposed Restaurant had foods pictured that were not available on menu. Menu was very limited. Older building. Only one elevator.

We were told there was no breakfast

We booked 2 rooms and arrived at 3 PM check in. Because it was Homecoming and were to meet friends at 4 and that did not happen. They told us to be back at 4:30 to check in. We promptly returned at 4:30 and still could not check in and asked for at least get 1 of our rooms. We finally got in at 5:30 and barely made game kick off. One of our toilets did not work. We begged to get fixed. We checked out with toilet still out of order. Do you realize what an imposition this was? We were told at checkout by desk clerk( she probably should not have mentioned) but that the manager had allowed the previous night group a late check out that delayed rooms clean up. We think there should be a total credit given to us by hotel for the horrid experience we received. Many other folks were delayed room check in too. Please reply to this message.
