We all are human, meaning not perfect. There was a problem with sheets in our room and receptionist took care of it with super speed. 100% satisfied with solving the problem.
Kitchen - ALWAYS very clean, all plates, cups, utensils and cookware are clean, looks new. AMAZING :)

The signs of the hotel aging overall but still very clean, welcoming and FRIENDLY.
In the bathroom the toilet paper holder's screw wasn't tighten enough so it fell. we let it on the counter so it can be repaired.
