Red Roof Inn Hattiesburg

Negatives: This is for Motel 6 at 6508 US 49 Hattiesburg, MS. The room had not been cleaned. It still smelled like a cat, the towels had holes and were very very thin. The bedspread had holes and had dog paw prints!! The floor had not been cleaned. I had to leave my sandals on the whole time because the floor just looked nasty. I think the stinky smell made everything worse! The bathroom looked ok, however I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and there were two big bugs running around on the floor.

Negatives: Beds had stains, desk clerk not friendly, tub/shower not properly working, trash in the waste basket, remote control didn't work, cheap/small towels, etc

Negatives: I absolutely despise paying for 2 nights and it being confirmed through my account 100 percent have all proof required to confirm this and the staff, one in particular completely rude and legit could not find anything about my room availability and did not care in any way shape or form. And nobody could help in literally any way either until the Monday following even though I have and had all proof required that I paid for that particular type of room and all the money spent to get it just for them to take it and have zero evidence on their behalf that I bought and paid for the 2 night and king size room. Hope manager help me get either money returned or the availability returned minimum. Ive got eyewitnesses statements and conformation number. They kicked my friend out and zero help

Negatives: My room had a used Black & Mild cigar on the night stand. The sink was dirty with hair in it. the floor was dirty. There was an empty shoe box in the room from a previous guest.

Negatives: The room was dirty. There were cobwebs throughout the room. The toilet seat was dirty. The floor was covered with dirt and construction remnants.

Negatives: It had roaches real bad

Negatives: the lady who work in the front desk impolite also very loud throughout the night, couldn’t sleep
