The service was horrible. We had to request trash to be emptied, towels were taken away but not replaced. Has to call for service multiple times a day. We were told to come down for things. Ridiculous. Lied to by management as well.

No elevator. I was told I had the only room left and would have to carry all our stuff up stairs. My husband is 78. I am 76 . We have a pet with us. I was very unhappy. I tried to contact Booking and finally the woman at the desk found a room on the 1st floor with 2 beds so we stayed but I won't recommend it.

I booked this hotel online and arrived at the property late at night. I was turned away at the door after paying the full amount online because I was under 21. The website said nothing about this age restriction, and now I'm having to fight to get a refund for a hotel room I wasn't allowed into.
