Negatives: The floors were dirty their were roaches n the bathroom no cable tv or local channels an the WiFi didn’t work

Negatives: Nothing- only here to reach out to the guest and apologize on behalf of Briarwood Inn, that upon completion of renovation I hope to give you a different experience and a better stay as Briarwood continues to strive,grow an build we promise to be there for our guests in anyway we can can. Negatives: Nothing - I apologize to any guest and on behalf of Briarwood Inn for your unpleasant stay.

Negatives: When I arrived I found that despite them having my credit card on file, they demanded cash only payment. Was not expecting that at all. This forces many to use the atm in the lobby. The whole place is in need of better maintenance and housekeeping. The exit doors on the building were tied shut with coat hanger wire with a sign warning of possible penalties if caught removing them. The room was dirty. I saw two black bugs craw out under the bathroom sink. The entire property is in desperate need of repairs. It did look like they are trying to remodel but are still putting guests in unsatisfactory rooms. I would NOT stay here again.

Negatives: The facility had uncontrolled pests such as roaches and nets . Rooms were down . Showers were completely nasty , carpets were dirty. The sheets were nasty as well. Hotel was more dangerous to be at then being on the street. Building should be close down. It’s Not Briarwood Inn it’s an old comfort inn. No wifi service and no heat . Holes in walls .

Negatives: This was the worst hotel I have seen in my lifetime. There were roaches there, all elevators were broken, no towels, pool out of service, vending machines empty and the hotel staff was extremely rude. I was scheduled to stay 3 days but stay only 1 day.

Negatives: The hotel is out of date. The pictures online are all old pics. The dinning room chairs are peeling, the carpet is old and needs to be changed. I didn't even walk on the floor without my shoes on. Also the pool was green so I couldn't enjoy this amenity.

Negatives: Roach infestation caused me to only take a shower and sleep in my car in the lot.

Negatives: Everything out of order, broken in the room or hotel proper. Huge cockroaches.

Negatives: I found small roaches and old sheets stuffed in my pillows. There were some questionable characters in and out making noises all night.

Negatives: Toilet lid would not stay up
