I did have a small incident...Maintenance was mopping the floor and the cleaning product must have contained bleach because the bottom of my jumper is bleached. I filed an incident report. But. Everyone was really nice and the location was very clean.

I would definitely stay there...
Positives:
The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The hotel was old and the room needed updating desperately. The bathroom was dirty with mold in the shower. There was no light in the kitchen area and when maintenance came, they didn't have any bulbs to fix it. The batteries didn't work in the tv remotes. We made reservation way in advance for 5 but the room was not set up for 5. We had to go get extra towels, pillows and blankets. We just stayed one night and we're tired when we arrived so it would of been nice if the room was set up for us and everything was working. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns in different states. This one didn't measure up to the others. I was very disappointed because I booked this for my friends and I. We will skip this one next time.

Location easy access to area which was on our to-do list full breakfast friendliness of staff i would like to recognize Jennifer, Antoinette and Patricia they made our stay better

No microwave in room,rooms wasn't very clean,in room phone not working ,television remote did work well unless you were standing directly in front of it no ironing board cover on the ironing,lamp light was flickering ,Price per night was a bit to high for what we paid for seems like old hotel,we were considering changing hotel but we made it work
