I don’t like the deposit has to be given and it’s not returned on a customer account like they say it would be it’s showing it was held but not returned to your bank account then it’s blamed it’s depending on your bank the bank can’t give nothing back that’s not submitted or returned to account and it’s excuse as because of third party 50 dollars a night l can understand 50 withholding against the room no one else has this rule but the Hilton no Microwave and the chairs are torn needs replacing that’s a bad eye sore nice hotel over all l don’t like the deposit requirements and you don’t get your money back that happens to me twice for that l want be back 500 dollars l spent 2000 dollars in expense together and no return deposit that not right to me as a customer somone keep the deposit like the return it and didn’t

I want be returning because...
Positives:
Great room, king bed and sofa sleeper. Bathroom large and plenty of hot water. Close proximity to many activities.
Negatives:
Vending was not on our floor. Was told after we checked out that vending/ice was on 3rd floor. Obviously they are in the process of redoing the vending options.
