Positives: The staff was awesome

Negatives: The elevators were loud making it difficult to sleep. The elevator got stuckI had to get off and walk the stairs. The parking lot was shady and someone was being arrested right in front of the hotel.

Negatives: Room service to clean room was not provided although I did not put the do not disturb sign out. I was told by hotel clerk that the new policy says I have to use the sign that says service needed. There was no such sign in the room.

Positives: Hilton is the best quality value in North Jackson...we all wish for upgrading and upkeep improvements. Breakfast is always good but it's not what it was a few years ago. Hopefully management will do what it takes to keep this hotel as a benchmark.

Negatives: Finishings and appointments are deteriorating slowly. Inside and out.
