I did feel like it was clean and the people were nice.
Negatives:
It is showing wear on carpeting and walls in hallways. Bathtub drain was a little rusty around it. Just needing some updating and paint.

Location is great and enjoyed the small town Christmas festivities in the evening.
Negatives:
Stain under mat in tub made me not want to take a bath. Shower was OZk but low water pressure.
The heater was very noisy. Sounded like freezing rain on a window. There was no precipitation. It was the heater.
Wish they used more natural cleaners. The air is “thick” with “cleaner smell”.
