No safety chain on room door, shower curtain was inadequate, wouldn't stay inside the shower stall, allowing water to escape on the floor. Also, there was unsightly remodeling debris right outside the door No orange juice available, watery apple juice

NOTHING. IT DID NOT MEET OUR EXPECTATIONS OTHER THAN IT WAS CLOSE OTTHE TRACK.

THE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING. MOUSE POOP ON THE BATH MAT, HEAT DID NOT WORK GOOD, SINK WAS BROKEN AND HAD A BUCKET UNDER IT, SHOWER RAN CONTANTLY.

My room was unsanitary and dirty. Floor hadnt been mopped in probably years. I wiped the floor with a white cloth and it came back black. Unacceptable! My dog could smell dog pee everywhere. Couldnt take my shoes off. Tub was dirty/stained. Couldnt use

No hairblower, called front desk and was told there were none by night clerk. Found one sitting at front desk in the am when I complained. Terrible bkfst. Juice machine out of order. Toilet bounced off wall everything you stood up on it. One reg. Cof
