Very run down , carpet in hallway had holes worn in it same inside my room very unhappy with the condition of the hotel.. need updating because it is worn out.. I paid $--- because it had a 7.0 rating needs to be a 4.5 rated hotel.. $--- less at super 8

Staff wasn't very friendly. Had to find someone to check us in when we arrived@ 8:00 p.m. , not very late with 2 rooms we booked. When gave keys and arrived to room they both had open doors and one of the room wasn't even cleaned and sheets where piled on the beds. We we ask for another room. He said sometime it gets overlooked. Ask about the doors being open, he also said it can get over looked to. He didn't seem concerned about any of it. The floor where dirty and the carpet and furniture was dirty and stained.

Breakfast was fine but they ran out of waffle mix before 9 and the hotel worker didn't want to refill the mix... there were 10 or more guests in line waiting for waffles... nothing should have been completely out... it should have been restocked as needed for guests to have a good breakfast .. we waited 15 minutes for more waffle mix
